What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in automotive service leadership, or 1+ year as a proven service manager.
• Strong technical automotive knowledge and the ability to guide others.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• A natural problem-solver with excellent communication and people skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Dealership experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday - Friday with occasional weekends as needed
