Automotive Technician

Graham Automotive is seeking motivated Automotive Technicians to join our growing Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo team. Whether you are an experienced technician or looking to advance your career through factory training, we provide the tools, support, and opportunities needed for long-term success.

We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, have strong diagnostic abilities, and understand the importance of teamwork and communication in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while following dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
  • Perform digital vehicle inspections and document recommendations
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
  • Work closely with the parts department to obtain required parts
  • Road test vehicles as necessary to verify repairs
  • Document all work performed and recommendations accurately on repair orders
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and certification courses
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience
  • Dealership experience
  • European vehicle experience (Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche)
  • ASE certifications
  • Experience performing digital vehicle inspections
  • Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
  • Manufacturer training certifications
