Collision Center Manager

About the Role

Graham Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our premium Collision & Body Shop. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency and profitability, and uphold our Gold Class standards.

You will work closely with customers, insurance partners, and internal teams to ensure vehicles meet OEM-certified quality and exceed customer expectations. If you're passionate about restoring vehicles to "good as new" condition and leading a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee Collision & Detail Center operations for efficiency and on-time vehicle delivery.
  • Distribute work, set daily goals, and track KPIs to ensure high performance.
  • Manage costs and optimize resources to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM repair standards, I-CAR Gold Class, and industry regulations.

Team & Customer Management

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of repair professionals.
  • Recruit top technical and customer service talent.
  • Provide expert consultation to customers and work with insurance providers to ensure smooth claims processes.

Financial & Growth Strategy

  • Oversee invoicing, parts, and repair documentation to maintain accuracy.
  • Work with Graham Parts, Service, and Sales to identify cross-department opportunities.
  • Implement growth strategies to increase customer retention and referrals.

I-CAR Gold Class Certified | Audi, Volkswagen & Volvo Authorized Repairs | Aluminum & Hardened Steel Welding Experts | OEM Glass Replacement | State -of-the-Art Frame Straightening & Dent Repair

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years’ proven experience in collision center management.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to Manager budgets, workflow efficiency, and compliance.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • I-CAR, OEM, or industry certifications.
  • Experience with luxury or performance vehicle repairs.
  • Familiarity with collision estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex).
